Trouble with Ouster Studio

Hello Ouster Team, i'm a little troubled with Ouster Studio.
When I load the the capture file "lombard_street_OS1.pcap" a then I hit "Ok" on sensor configuration the program close itself(crashes). The same happens when I try to load the sensor stream (It recognizes the os-1), but crashes when I hit "Ok".
Do you have any suggestion about it? 🤔

Hi @Singo
In order to playback data or stream live data you need a calibration file. For "lombard_street_OS1.pcap" you can download this Config File.
To add the sensor calibration file, simply click on the “add” button in the Sensor Configuration Window and select the downloaded file.

Singo I faced same issue . i cannot play pcap file.ouster studio 3.6.0-777 closes every time . i followed above steps still its closes its own always . i have both pcap and calibration file downloaded as per above link .Any solution please .

This is the error message I got while I tried to install OusterStudio on Ubuntu: error while loading shared libraries: libpng16.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. Please guide me

Good afternoon @Farashi,
May I ask what computer you are using?
The first sign that your computer is not able to run and process the data if you don't see the grid as you launch the Ouster Studio.
