saving pcap file

Hello, Ouster Team.
I'm using Ouster Lidar and Ouster studio. But I have some troubles with Ouster studio.

When I try to record live stream data and save its pcap file, there is an error code and saving is failed..

C:/Program Files/OusterStudio 4.2.1/OS-0-32-122133001333-1024x10.pcap
-> Generic Warning: In C:\S\4650\LVCore\LidarPlugin\IO\Lidar\Common\PacketFileWriter.cxx, line 34
Failed to open packet file: C:/Program Files/OusterStudio 4.2.1/OS-0-32-122133001333-1024x10.pcap

Could you help me figure out this problem?

If this issue has not yet been resolved for you, I think perhaps it might be related to some permission issues the software might be running into. Could you maybe try saving the pcap file somewhere else other than the Program Files folder, like Documents, for example. You could also try running Ouster Studio as administrator to see if that helps resolve the error.
