Hello friends,
We received our OS-1 a week ago and we are encountering what we think is a power supply issue. The OS-1 is linked via ethernet cable to a Jetson TX1 and we set up the DHCP server as instructed by the software manual. However, the link between the OS-1 and the Jetson shows "Down" after a few seconds of it being up. We also noticed that the green indicator LED for the 24V input dims when this happens. Is there anyone who had the same issue? Is it really a power supply issue or could it be something else?
