We bought an ouster sensor ( OS1-64 991940000795) a few years back for research purposes which used to work normally. Today, we tried to connect the sensor with Ouster Studio. Though it received an IP address; however, it is not working. Like a normal operation, there was red light revolving inside which is missing now. Also, there is a ticking clock sound after a certain interval. Though there is no damage at all. A few weeks back, it used to work properly but now it has stopped working at once. Please guide me and how this issue can be resolved.
