problem with os1 IP address

Hello
I have an OS1 lidar sensor, and I want to connect it to the ouster studio software in windows 10. When I rescan network, the lidar is detected and the lidar with the name "os1-99xxxxxxx ..." will be shown in the sensor part, I also add configure file "lombard_street_config-1024x10" from the following link:

Unfortunately when I click the OK button, the software does not work and I get this error in the Output Message box:
(<paraview.servermanager.LidarStream object at 0x00000163EFCB64A8>, 'no intensity array, returning')
I also install an ouster studio in Ubuntu and the same problem happened.
I would be appreciated if you could help me with this issue.

Hello Roya,
After you connect the sensor and the lidar is detected, click on the configure sensor button. That will query the sensor and give you a new configure file, these are sensor specific. You can't use the one form lombard street.
