Ouster studio configration error

I'm trying to connect OS1-64 to the network and look at live data in Ouster Studio.
A configuration error occurs after saving the sensor configuration to the falder.
error message [Failed to connect to Lidar. Check that the connection parameters are correct and that the Lidar is reachable. Not configuring the sensor.]
Does anyone know what is causing this?

Hi @ryoten12 - After saving your config file, did you then 'Add' it back into your sensor calibration dialogue screen?

NB. I've only started playing with ouster gear this week, so I cannot offer more advice that this at this point in time, I'm sorry!
