When I first read about the ambient light capture, it seemed like pure magic but the presentation showed it was just creative engineering. : )
If the current sensor operates in near-infrared (NIR), is it possible to use a multispectral sensor that captures RGB+NIR? I.e., ambient RGB with NIR for ambient plus signal. Having a registered RGB image with the LiDAR point cloud, without use of an external camera, would be great!
