Trying to make a 3d plot in python.

I have been trying to visualize the data taken from an OS2-128 unit by using python. I have each frame of data saved as .csv files that came with column names: 'Signal Photons', 'Reflectivity' 'Channel' 'Ambiant Photons' 'Range' 'Raw Timestamp' 'Point:0' 'Point:1' 'Point:2'.
I was able to make an interactive 3D plot using the Plotly package but my plots look weird like some scale is off. for example, my x values look compressed and the z values look like they were "stretched". Am I doing something wrong with how I plotted the points by not including the range of each point or do the points themselves need to be oriented in a different way? Thank you.

Yes, I have pictures of the plot the code and what the ouster studio plot looks like. Also, here is what the data I am working with looks like, except I have the data saved as .csv files, 1 file for 1 frame.

Here is another image of the same plot but at a different angle so you can see what I mean when I say it looks compressed in the x direction. The plot is interactive which is how I was able to get a different angle. Is this enough information? I would be happy to share more, please let me know and thank you for the response.

Good morning JAB,

it looks like you are not destaggering the data, meaning you need to apply a transformation to the data before projecting it into the cartesian plane.

Hello JakobGL,

I appreciate the help and I managed to finally fix the problem.

I found out that my plotting package scaled my axes to form a cube by default which is why the axes looked compressed/stretched. Now I will try to get the position of moving objects, wish me luck!
